MSPA reserves the right to “resell” booth space left unclaimed after 7:15AM. Vendors may arrive for set up at the market no earlier than 6:00AM and no later than 7:15AM. Any use of electrical equipment is permitted under the supervision of the Harvest Market Manager. Availability of Electricity:Įlectrical hookups are available for our vendors at no charge. Every booth must have a canopy and all equipment must be clean and in good repair. Tents/Canopies:Īll vendors must provide their own canopies, tables, chairs and other equipment. At the end of the market, vehicles are allowed to enter the event area for break down and reloading under the supervision of the Harvest Market Manager. They are then required to park their vehicles in designated parking spaces. Vendors are allowed to pull their vehicles directly up to their booth space to unload. The market is an “off-loaded” market, which means that our vendors may not sell from their vehicles unless required by civic ordinance. A fun part of donating is getting to pick which organization your money benefits from the 4 canning jars that represent our designated nonprofits (kids love to do this!). That donation then goes toward an organization in our community that helps enrich the Milford area. We offer the produce for a goodwill donation.
We want ALL families in our community to have the chance to benefit from this produce. One of our greatest goals is to bring local, fresh, and healthy produce to every person in our community regardless of income. During the growing season, we take donations of excess garden produce from local farmers and gardeners and offer it back to the community at large.
